You will learn:
- Planning your coppice fall
- Coppicing using different tools and techniques
- Creating drifts and processing
- Layering and planting
- Coppice products and adding value to coppice woodlands
Participants are encouraged to camp during the weekend, refreshments and food will be provided. This course is suitable for woodland community enterprises, woodland owners and managers and is a great opportunity to learn how to manage a woodland sustainably.
