Plunkett adviser, Corinna Hartwig, will discuss ways that community businesses can stay digitally connected with members, volunteers and the wider community. Corinna will illustrate how to create digital newsletters, via platforms such as Mailchimp, to send updates to existing contacts and new audiences. Corinna will also cover how to gather data with GDPR in mind, and demonstrate using market research tools such as Survey Monkey.
