Are you at the early stages of exploring a community business? Are you interested in finding out about funding options? Is your community keen to learn from those who have been there and done it? Are you looking for advice from experts?

Whether you’re looking to save your local pub, set up a community shop, work wonders in your local woodland, or are considering any other type of community business model, join us at our 2018 Inspiring Rural Communities Together Conference and we’ll help guide you and other like-minded communities on your way.

Communities will very much be at the heart of this event, with interactive sessions designed with you in mind to help tackle the issues that you’re facing, find answers to your questions and highlight the benefits that a thriving community business can bring to your local area.

There will be sessions exploring the various types of funding available, workshops where you’ll explore the social impact your project could have on your community, inspirational case study presentations from existing community businesses and a chance to meet with a range of organisations who can offer you support and advice on a variety of topics and services.

Plunkett’s friendly team and community business experts will be on hand throughout the day offering you a fantastic opportunity to discuss face-to face your ideas and gather advice. The event is taking place as part of the Rural Community Business project and is funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.

Please email Sarah at sarah.taylor@plunkett.co.uk or call us on 01993 810730
