We’re delighted to invite Plunkett members to join us for our 2019 AGM and members event on Wednesday 10 July in Bristol.

This year’s AGM will be a celebration of Plunkett’s centenary which offers a wonderful opportunity to celebrate all that’s fantastic about community business with reflections of some of the achievements of the past 100 years and time to look forward with our hopes and plans for the future.

10.30 – 11.00 Welcome, registration and refreshments with Plunkett members, staff and trustees

11.00 – 11.45 Introduction to the event and Plunkett Foundation’s Formal AGM session

11.45 – 13.00 Chaired by James Alcock, Executive Director:

Plunkett’s Centenary: Illustrated through a digital history

A presentation from James Alcock reflecting on Plunkett’s notable achievements over 100 years joined by David Button, previous Plunkett Chair and life member.

Community Business Panel: Where next for community businesses?

Kate Stewart, Director of Programmes at Power to Change, will chair a panel of community business members on exploring their support needs to build a resilient future and create vibrant and resilient rural communities.

Launch of Plunkett’s new Membership structure

Plunkett’s new membership structure will be outlined to demonstrate how it will better support the growth and development of the community business sector.
