The webinar gives an overview of legislation and regulations, including the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Food Safety Act 1990. The session covers how to develop a safety culture, and introduce notions such as the HSE guidance to Plan ‘Do, Check, Act’. Risk assessments, accident records and investigations, and due diligence defence will also be discussed, and the basics around training, inspections and audits will be included.
