The webinar includes the difference between contracts and written statements, what you’re obliged to include, and what you’ll need to consider if you want to make changes to a contract. It will also cover the legal side of disciplinaries, including what an employment tribunal might take into consideration to decide on whether a dismissal was fair, along with good practice recommendations and the benefits of early, informal intervention.
