Corinna encourages viewers to consider who makes up their local community, and suggests how to decide on messages, plan and schedule content using different digital tools. Corinna illustrates how to create digital newsletters, via platforms such as Mailchimp, to send updates to existing contacts and new audiences. Corinna also covers how to gather data with GDPR in mind, and introduces using market research tools such as Survey Monkey.
